First of all, hello to everyone. I'm new to PCSX2.

Currently iM having a FPS issue with Valkyrie Profile 2. I was wondering if I have a problem with computer specs or only the configuration of PCSX2?

Processor: Intel Core2Duo P8400 / 2.26Ghz/2.26Ghz
RAM: 3.00GB
System Type: 32-bit
OS: Windows 7
GC: NVIDIA Geforce 9600M GT / 1GB / 512 Dedicated

I use 0.9.7 PCSX2...

with the computer specs, for sure. (CPu a bit slow + mobile gpu = bad performances under pcsx2, especially with demanding games like VP2)

maybe with pcsx2 config.

So you mean, i have to upgrade my computer/ buy a new one to meet the specification of PCSX2? What's the best spec if I want to play games like VP2 in PCSX2?

At least a 3.6 Ghz Core 2 Duo CPU, i3/i5/i7 3.2 GHz or so, the higher GHz the better.

if you can get something at around 3ghz dual core and have a good Graphics card, can get away with playing native + speedhacks for most games.
