I can't play a game that it is saved on my hard drive. The game I want to play is Gran Turismo 3.

I did this:
1) I changed the iso from the ps2 bios to the gt3 img (no iso file for this game).

2) I change iso to plugin 'cause iso won't work

3) I clicked run cdvd (full) but the game won't show up. I get the normal menu screen for the ps2.

No when we say ISO image it is NOT the img file you see in the DVD disc.
To create an ISO image, downoad [url=www.imgburn.com[/url] then select create image file from disc. After you create it do this:

Dismount the ISO from any program like daemon tools etc. Then CDVD->Choose ISO, then ISO selector->Browse, find your ISO and System->Boot CD/DVD (fast)

Also make sure your ISO image has been created correctly
