while playing Monster Hunter my computer went to bluescreen mode
here's the error that i got
the comp reset befor i got any info on the bluescreen

this happnd to me a few months ago but after i updated my drivers it stopd showng up
but for some reason it started popng up agen
i have already manually updated my drivers

This is not a pcsx2 problem, it's probably a bad overclocking or overheating >_<

BSOD is a problem in win7 users
so to the ppl havng the same problem go to microsoft forum for solutions

Really? I haven't had a bsod yet. What's the trigger to this bsod?

well mine was RAM corruption
but they where not 100% sure
havnt been able to analyze it yet
still DLing the program they told me use...
other BSOD are caused by faulty hardware, driver and compatibility problems...

ah.. so older hardware is causing issues, not suprised tbh. I haven't had any isues thankfully.

my problem now is if its really is RAM corruption does it mean i have to buy new ones?

i remember reading a person havng his CPU voltage higher than his RAM voltage caused him major BSOD
is there any truth to this?
does havng a higher CPU voltage than what your RAM needs really cause CPU damage?

I honestly doubt that a higher voltage than the ram needs can cause CPU damage, because the GPU is what needs said voltage. and if your ram is corrupted, generally, yes, you need new ram. you could try a memory test tool to confirm this. any of the ubuntu cds have this test in their live versions.

sucks i bought my ram -3 months ago..
i was hopng it would last a year or so

i really fear BSOD cuz i keep reading post about ppl havng thier comp crash and burn (well not literally) cuz of bsod

memory is supposed to have a really long waranty, I'd suggest reading up on yours and seeing about how to get it replaced
