I have never used pcsx2, and have a couple questions about using it to play MGS3.

I would rather play Subsistence unless it will not work as well. Does anyone know if Subsistence will run just as well as the original game?

Also, will I be able to configure mouse and keyboard controls the way I want, or will I be forced to use a specific set of controls?

1) Should run just as good as snake eater.
2) Yes, in fact the default settings for PCSX2 have no buttons assigned so running without configuring would be as good as watching the intros only.
