i have 2 question
1. sometimes games goes slow not much slow but little bit slower then regular speed.
computer spec.

4gb ddr2 ram
620 gb hdd (7200rpmsata)
graphic card 9800gtx+ (1gbddr3dedimemmory)

2. where can i find cheats such as unlimited ammo and unlimited health nd stuff.

any recommendation would be appreciated

It might not be possible to run fast on your laptop. Your cpu is quite slow but would be ok for some 2d games and simple 3d games, and you did not post you gpu. You do have one either dedicated or integrated. Try using the latest beta if not already, you said youre using 0.9 which would be several years old Ive never even seen it. Post which game your trying to play and your plugins/settings.
