im playing Final fantasy X and im havin a bad image when playing
im using

pentium ® Dual-Core cpu E5200 @ 2.50ghz
intel® gma 3100 384MB
1014 mb of ram
direct x 0.9c

You're forgot the other settings in your screenshots, speedhacks/gamefixes.

Try updating your intel GMA plugins, try the Direct3D9 (Software) renderer in GSdx.
