Can you give download links of newest pcsx and bios, so everting what I need to play ps2 games. I have old version, but its old, SVR1 laggy when I play. My Pc is good enough, I cheek it

No.
The BIOS is a Sony copyrighted file. You need to get it from your own PS2.

Since you have an old version running why not just use the same bios?
