Okay I got my first problem fixed now another problem. How do I increase FPS I just have basic speed hacks. that helped it from 5.5 to 9.5. what is everyone's suggestion?

not sure in the graphic card. I am using what my Compaq laptop came with it.
I was very tempted to ask on your other thread "How's the game playing?". Mainly because I've had a laptop with the same processor, so I'm also guessing I know what kind of graphics unit you have in it. A Celeron 2.2Ghz is a rather dated CPU, so odds are your GPU is, too.
Basically, if that's an Intel GMA you're running on, you're not going to get good speeds. In fact, you'll be lucky to be able to play it at all. Be sure you're using native resolution (in the GSdx settings). And if it's a GMA, let's at least hope it's a 4500M/HD, otherwise there's probably no hope.
