reely problem with memorycard . the programme can't ride it

I don't anderstand very mach this guide
caus : evry guide with pectur stoped at run disk
my probleme : I arreved at navigateur and memorycard = stop
it tell me : format memry card = no donnes
that is my problem with pcsx2 0.8.1

Very old version of PCSX2 which is no longer supported, if you will continue to use that you shouldn't expect any more help with it.
