and my second question I have a bug to write when you play in resolution Me! AC does not do in resolution native !

ex: I want played in 1280x1024 60hertz it give me that !

this is usually what happens when you sent improper internal resolution
Use native or a square custom resolution like 1024*1024

I also have some slowdowns during combat or dialogue cutscenes c is going well but the music slows down? I'm probably down in fps at some times and I try different settings but nothing works!

For the config I have:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 + 3.00ghrz
Motherboard MSI K9N
4GB DDR3
ATI Radeon HD4870 1GB

Is there way to turn without slowing FF X, I may have forgotten to check something?

This is a new SVN bug, we already know about it.
You can temporarily fix it with the ee timing hack gamefix.
