Intel C++ compiled 'editions' of GSdx are known to be buggy. There is no real advantage to using the Intel C++ compiler to build GSdx anyway, and the PCSX2 team doesn't support it.

Last I tried one of those icc builds they were actually slower for games with GS slowdown so not really helpful anyways (slower when you need faster results ).
