I have pcsx2 0.9.6 and i dont know the best config for Dragon ball z TB 3. . . .Can pcsx2 run into my computer if that is my system and if DBZ TB will work or not??. . . .

as I said : you will need a real GPU (not an integrated one) to play this game, at least at playable speeds.
you can try to tweak a bit some options in pcsx2 like setting the internal res to native and use some speedhacks.
but don't expect miracles.

1gb is very low even for the 32-bit with 1 gb more would be better with a HD 5750

otherwise the swap magic 3 with a PS2 is just fine
