I have an Acer Aspire 7551-3029 Laptop, and I'm under the impression it should be good enough to run most games.
I'm trying to run Persona 3 and Persona 4.

Here are the graphics and Sound plugins I'm using.

Resolution: Windowed
Renderer: Direct3D10
Interlacing: Bobbff (Use blur if shaking)
Aspect Ratio: (Stretch)
D3D Internal Res: 512 / 512 Native.
Texture Filtering
Enable NLOOP Hack

Sound ZeroSPU2r514 Dev 0.4.6

Speed Hack
INTC Hack

I'm rather new to this. Actually, this is my first day.
I'm not sure if that's the best configuration for my system, fps is still unstable, and the audio skips a lot. I could really use some help, and I'm willing to try any and all suggestions. Thanks for hearing me out.

try latest pcsx2 beta first
then tell us your exact pc specs
