So, I downloaded Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, I went through the beginning hospital looking for ms...forgot her name doesn't matter. I go to the roof to hear the story about how the people outside of the hospital are screwed and I have to find her. It goes into a cutscene and I'm going to assume it's suppose to well....play a cutscene, all i see is the same still picture, it slightly goes at one point making my game blurry I'm not sure if it's suppose to do this or not. But I've let it sit there for 10+ minutes on 1k uncapped fps and nothing happened. So anyone know how to fix my problem? I haven't seen anything about this problem for this game, mostly ladder glitches. Any help would be appreciated.
