How do i configure my controller to work with the emulator?

Google MotionInJoy to get the program and driver. Also, you must have bluetooth adapter/dongle to get it to sync or pick up the ps3 controller.

I suppose I wasn't very specific. I already have it set up to work with my computer, as in I use it for other games, but I can't get it working with the emulator.

Also, you don't need a bluetooth adapter. You can just use the USB cable ^^

Explain in more details of what you meant by "can't get it working..."

It just doesn't work with the emulator. I go to set up the controller with the plugin and it doesn't read the input. As in, I'll press a button and nothing happens.

Post a screenshot so i can see what's going on.

I'm not sure what just happened, but I reinstalled my driver and it works! Thanks for trying anyways...
