In some parts i experience slow down but i remain at 60 fps, is that just normal for it to do that in some areas. It does not effect the battles, just some areas of the game you walk in.

If you're using speedhacks (specially the cycle ones) then it's normal.

yes i am, going to see if i can cut back on the cycle slider and see if it stays at 60.
