I'm using PCSX 2.9.6 and FFX SLUS 20312 (U)
Windows 7 64-bit

I've been playing without any problems but now that I'm at a specific point the game crashes.

First it crashed during one specific cut scene but I've somehow gone throught that one and now it's crashing at the next one; as you can see in the screenshots attached.

Anyone got a clue?

FFX2.jpg is right after it crashes
FFX3.jpg is the moment it crashes
FFX4.jpg is the last bit of the cut scene that doesn't crash

Try loading from memcard. Savestates aren't reliable.

Loaded from memcard, crashed at the same point.

use he new beta. no crashes at all in FFX

Thanks; new beta did it.
At first I didn't really want to go through the hassle of importing the settings .. but it was actually quite easy .. and it worked!
