CTRL+normal click = right click.

Lol; I knew that; doesn't do what you say it does. Nothing opens.
It doesn't give me that option. Just allows me to open another window containing just the application, no folders.

Have you checked in System preferences, under mouse?

Does your right-click menu look like this?

Sorry, I was stupid, click on the "Open Enclosing Folder" then right click on pcsx2.app inside that folder, I didnt realise you wre right-clicking an alias.

I replaced it, tried opening and nothing. Went through Xquartz and still that damn root# still comes up. So no success.
bash-3.2$ cd /Applications/pcsx2.app/contents/macos/
bash-3.2$ sudo tcsh

What version of Xquartz do you use?
Check under the X11 menu to the right of the apple and click about X11.

Do the commands in Terminal, it works for me then, strangely enough.
