AMD 7850 BE (3GHz, normal voltage)/ MSI nVidia 430 (OC version)

I'm playing Chaos Wars and everyone speaking sounds like their horribly stoned. some of it sounds sounds funny... but it kinda ruins the game for me. slurred audio also in flatout.

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? Do you get full speed?

plugins are vanilla (none were added/modified. except for lillypad for use with an XBOX 360 controller). I'm not sure what full speed is.

the game is working now... though i had to go from 60FPS to 50FPS as shown in the screenshots.
