i know that svn revisions are not supported but i have this strange thing happen in the 0.9.7.4464 and maybe can be fixed with a change in the ini file, because it's a strange thing. In the gs section, ntsc frame rate and pal framerate are greyed out. And i can't change nothing, but i can in the ini file. For the future releases, these section will remain not changeable or i can change something in the ini file to enable these?

You can only change those options from the PCSX2_vm.ini itself now.
