On a machine is updated to the latest versions DirectX, find it from the \Windows\system32 folder and copy it into same folder as pcsx2.

Alright thank you very much! Haha i wasn't sure which one's i needed so i just copied all of the ones that started with d3d Smile hope it works now!

uh, theres no need to copy any dx files from system32. its the 3rd place the files are searched for in if you haven't borked your windows install.
