After the intro (in which the audio was very slowed) and the first loading screen it makes some artifacts and then crashes.
Is it at least compatible?
My PC: E8400, 4GB RAM, ATI HD4870 512mb.
PCSX2 version? plugins? emulator settings?
Tony Hawk Underground 1 needs "VU round mode" set to nearest, try doing that for underground 2.
The VU round mode solve almost everything, except the fact that the game works VERY SLOWLY sometimes.
