Is there a USB plugin that I can use that will allow me to use USB thumb drives? I've gotten tired of typing in individual codes with Codebreaker, and I would rather use a thumb drive with the codes already on it. Is it possible to do this? If so, where can I find the plugin?

No, only the most minimal parts of USB and firewire ports are emulated... those necessary for most games that use them to boot. It's not something that will likely get much attention anytime soon either.

You're best bet would probably be to just convert the codebreaker codes to raw format than use PCSX2's native patching system. There is a thread about how to do so in the off topic section.
