Hi everybody, i downloaded yesterday pcsx2 0.9.8 just to be able to play mgs3. but, since im not really good with computer stuff, the configuration process following the guide wasn't perfect Wacko
the main problem is that while playing mgs3 my FPS rate drops to 30, so i cant play properly. Could anybody suggest me a good configuration?

Thank you for reading, please help me.

MGS3 is extremely demanding, and your CPU is low. Apart from getting a better computer, I'd advise you to keep playing it on your PS2.
i see, thank you anyway Wacko
Same here, been waiting to play MGS 3 on my computer for a long time. My specs are : Asus M4A78, AMD Athlon X2 245, Radeon HD 4850 and 4 gigs of RAM, running on Win XP SP 2.

Is there any way I can make Snake Easter run faster? Pls don't tell to get a PS2 instead, just tell me what settings work the best for the game. Thanks!

You should already own a ps2 to use this emulator legally.

Frankly, I dislike consoles. So If I told you that I'd go and get one the next day, I'd just be lying to your face. The only reason I even set sight on PS2 is because of MGS 3 (as I'm sure many others not legally using the emulator have too). Do you have any tips?
