How are you trying to load the game? Using the "Iso Selector"?

How about other games? do they work?
what pcsx2 settings? what plugin settings? tried running the game from the Original Disc with cdvdGigaherz cdvd plugin?

cdvdGigaherz is a cdvd plugin (Config > Plugins/BIOS selector > CDVD) that lets you run the game from the Original Disc, try it:

EDIT: It does the same thing as usual.

Hmmmm how about other games? do they work correctly?

Just try your other games, or is kingdom hearts the only game you have on a disc?
