I have the exact same problem, but it's not so sad, because apart from that the game runs 100% perfectly, as PCSX2 is made for FF12. ^^ But I will try to make another Rip of the DVD, maybe the FMVs run flawless with a fresh copy, thanks for the tip.
EDIT: A new copy did not fixed the FMVs.
