Sorry if theres a thread on this
but what are the steps i need to take to use Fraps?
when i opened it, it lowered my game to 30FPS (and my EE was about 40-50).
Would i need to disable frame limiting and rise it another 20?
for example: PAL = 50 , so i need to put it to 70?

you're recording ?
check your fraps setting for recording, by default it will record half resolution with 30 fps. change that (i forgot whether you can change it using free version or not)
