i have version of elf and my console work the elf iso but on the pcsx2 when you click Run Elf when you open an elf file or a iso containing elf or a bin file there is error and the screen is black and there is nothing happening please see if you guys can fix

What elf are you trying to run? What exactly do you mean?
Few ones I have run fine.

if you're getting a black screen try running gsdx in software mode.
i've been having problems with homebrew elfs not displaying graphics in gsdx dx9 hardware mode.
