You should be able to run FFXII well, but you might want to try enabling some speedhacks for MGS3 (Config>Emulation Settings>Speedhacks) because it is quite CPU-heavy. Try the recommended hacks first, then sliding EE Cyclerate, then Cycle Stealing up.
