im running a athlon dual core m300 2.0ghz
4 gb ram and radion 4200 hd card
i for the life of me cannot get duel saga to run smothly
im not 100% educated on how the emulators work but iv tried speed hacks and no matter what i do when the game gets to the main menu the fps go to 11.
so if anyone has any ideas i would love you forever

Your processor is very slow and your graphics card is just slow. The speed you get is normal.

Maybe you'd be getting a bit more out of things if you lowered the internal resolution. If still at default, you're pushing 1024x1024 with a GPU that may likely not handle native res. You could even consider going lower than native, like down to 384x384 or something.

Yeah, your system is pretty weak for this, so most games are not gonna run very fast. Keep that resolution low, so your weak GPU is less of a bottleneck, and don't give up on Speedhacks (they will help some, when your GPU isn't getting in the way).
