those wouldn't be required in "Tools->Options", they would be required in "Project->Properties".

yea it works either way (just you don't want it in "Tools->Options" since you're not going to use them for all the projects you might compile that aren't related to pcsx2 )

Keep in mind I'm not sure where you install your Programs so I've only included the path starting with the Program itself.

Although I'm not sure if these are all completely necessary, these are the directories I added:

Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\DIA SDK\include
Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include
Microsoft DirectX SDK\Include
Pcsx2\common\include

Thanks for this, I added the extra PCSX2 directories, but nothing changed. xpad still won't compile but its not a big deal anyways. I can get latest xpad in these forums =D.
