It'd be better if you can map an analog stick to a circle instead of square (as I observed, since the pressure seemed to be stronger when I pull or push the stick diagonally).
Hi

Have a problem or rather I want a solution for something but not sure there is. I play Final Fantasy XII and it uses the left analog stick to move the character and the D-pad to move the cursor in the menus. (I know, its stupid)

At http://wiki.pcsx2.net/index.php/LilyPad it says that "Multiple keys/buttons/axes can be bound to the same PS2 button". But I want to know if this is possible to do but not at the same time?
You mean bind them conditionally?

What are you actually wanting to accomplish?
I want to be able to move the character with left analog stick, as it is on default. But I also want to be able to move the cursor in the menus with the left analog stick. In the game you have to use the left analog stick for moving the character and use the D-pad to move around in the menus.

I though this could be fixed somehow by making one button act as an modifier like the one where you can press a button and make use of the mouse.
Hi peeps !

I've got an adaptator for my Dualshock II controller but I can't figure out how to configure LilyPad to make it totally working.

Actually everything is working fine but my right joystick isn't.

Looks like Windows recognize it as a Z joystick, so I can only have R3 = Rotation Z, and moving the joystick = Axis Z.

But I want it mapped like the left joystick, L up = L up, etc.

Do you know how am I supposed to make it work ?

Thank you very much !
I had a similar issue to Shisma... but with the L analog stick mapping to the D pad when Analog mode was enabled.

Dualshock II, with a 4 port Super Joy Box 5 Pro adaptor (detected by Windows as a Tigergame PS/PS2 Game Controller Adapter).

The behaviour I saw in the "Test Device" window...
* Analog button off, D pad maps perfectly
* Analog button on (lit), Right analog stick maps to "Z Rotation ... Z Axis -"
* Analog button on (lit), Left analog stick maps to "Y ... X -" (which was basically overwriting the D pad)

I fixed this by going into the settings in control panel and I could change some options. Basically changing the direction buttons mode to "Button" instead of "Auto" meant the D pad mapped to buttons 13-16 while the L analog controlled the L cursor...

How do I configure Lilypad to use a Xbox 360 controller?
^ Click the button, then click the button you want it to be. For instance, use your mouse to click "Cross" and then press "A" on the controller. Repeat for all controls.
Hey guys.

I'm having an error with Shadow of Rome on PCSX2. This happens with a lot of games actually.

Everything's working fine graphically, but when I attempt to play my player character is moving forward by default. It's really annoying. Even if I don't press the analog or movement sticks. What exactly is happening here?

I'm using an Xbox 360, wired controller btw.

(All other inputs are working fine - Run, attack etc. Agrippa just keeps moving forward for whatever bizarre reason.)
