every game is working fine on latest 0.9.9 14 Aug PCSX2

My specs :

intel i3 @ 3 GHZ
Radeon 5770 HD
PSU 450W
Ram GDDR3 , 2 GB

tekken fine almost runs fine , but guessing from sound and fights it looks like the game is at 80% of speed.

what should I do ?

enable Super VU recompiler in VU section in emulation settings
and enable recommended speed hacks
