How do I configure PCSX2 on my notebook. He is a core i5, 4GB RAM, ATI HD 6470 Rodeon and game time will start normally the FPS in half. Help me!

That's really not a lot of information... There are a lot of different types of i5 laptop processors ranging from "pretty good" for PCSX2 to "won't work well at all".
