Glitch when using high resolutions or AA with GSdx, use a custom resolution like 1200x1200, 1260x1260, 1020x1020 and make sure AA is disabled.

I think he is actually talking about in game videos, FMVs, in which case you can do nothing with PCSX2 to increase their quality.

How Fixing My Problem ?

What do you mean? If you use one of these resolutions posted above you will not get the black lines. Any other resolution (except native) will have black lines.

I already told you. With Tekken 5 you can NOT go higher than these resolutions posted above or you will get black lines. Simple as that.

If you don't mind playing in windowed mode I know that 2400x2400 removes the lines
