my setting EE i set 2 and VU set to 1
and i tick all recommended in speedhack
sound setting i set simlple/ok sound
fps reach 60 but sound distorted and slow cinematic
and pcsx2 program log show me ping 220ms how to reduce this ping to 100 ping below?

The framerate is false because you're using EE & VU hacks.
What is "ping" in PCSX2? Ping or latency is the time a package of data travel from a computer to another and go back. PCSX does not support network play, does it?
It does support network play.
It was once possible to play monster hunter online on pcsx2.

Press F9 while playing or just switch to a a software renderer in GSdx.
The FFX-2 FMV's were always glitchy and slow on pcsx2. But the game itself is bugfree and fast.
They can be skipped with the skip MPEG hack.
if i switch to software Gsdx(100% load) huge slowdown FMV and game play 20-40 fps below even with speedhack.

So switch between software and hardware mode while playing with F9 key, software for the FMVs and hardware for normal gameplay, it's only 11 FMVs in the whole game anyway.
