I Have The Dev9 Online Plugin and PCSX2 0.9.8 r4600. (plugin is DEV9giga_razi)
I Tried to Select in The Plugin Selector and Then The Program Crashed. What I Have to Do?

Try Run as Administrator. The plugin doesn't seems to work in PCSX2 0.9.7 or above. It didi run well with PCSX2 0.9.4(last i tested with) Tongue2
Did you tried the online guide
the online guide and update your Ethernet Drivers.
