Nis america games seems to be good, are there other publishers like them?

Games developed by Gust should run well with your processor.

All gust games are published by NISA on NA. NISA games are as niche as it can be, I can't think of other similar publisher, beside Atlus but their games are generally not cheap to emulate on pcsx2.
