1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.its intro vedio is nt coming so i alpied mpeg4 hack so its solved
2.wen i am playing it in "dragon history" mode after 1st mission figthing with gokus brother its doent matter if i won or losse the screen comes u win or loose and keep displaying the same screen the buttons r nt responding in console there is no error.
3.the first two snaps reporting intro vedio solved by mpeg4 hack and rest images reporting not responding screen
3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
ans. without mpeg hack its showing ipu1 normal error
4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
