Holy crap i just downloaded 0.9.9 with the new svn. Completely solved. 40% ees now. Cheers so much.
Oh wait still has issues in some parts but only be 10 fps. I think i will survive though.
I guess thats all the CPU and GPU can provide with speedhacks.
Wow also a huge thing i have just discovered. My CPU temp was one of the main factors. When i would play it for too long it would start to slow down because the temp of the CPU was too high. I just got a big ass fan and chucked it right next to the vent for my cpu. Perfect 50 fps constantly.
