seems like the graphical bug changes whenever i shutdown my laptop, any ideas?

Yeah I'd say the graphics card is going bad in the laptop causing artifacting.

well i guess that is it, it is GeForce 320M anyway

does drivers also have anything to do with it? cuz i'm running it on Windows XP Bootcamp, not on Apple's native OS X
