Buy a new computer?
Try these
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution
  • Use Frameskip : 1 to draw and 2 to skip. or maybe higher
  • Try Allow 8-bit Texture
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Or buy a good computer that passes Reccomended Requirements. (Tallbender)
if you don't have the time nor money to get a new PC.

otherwise you may try those lightest games that i preferred that suits your current rig:
Harvest MoonWackoTH
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Capcom Vs, SNK 2
Disgaea 1
Super Robot Wars Alpha 3.

the rest of the games you must stick w/ your actual ps2.
Anyways what Game are you trying to play. Wacko
