I hope this is the right place to put this. I tried to build revision 5007 under Linux, but got the following error:

pcsx2-build/plugins/GSdx/GSThread.h:250:3: error: ‘m_cv’ was not declared in this scope

The fix is simple: on line 250 of GSThread.h, simply swap the m_cv.available and #ifdef _WINDOWS lines.

Did gsdx work or only output a black/grey/white screen after the compilation fix?

I don't know because when I try to start the emulator I get an error described here.
