I have a problem trying to play ffxii. It starts but after 3 second of the opening movie it get stuck.
Can somebody help?
I have the following:
Processor Intel Core i5 M560 @ 2.67 GHz
Ram:2 gb 2.66 Ghz
PAL or NTSC
SLUS/SLES code?
dump your own disk!
Did you change any Settings?
Does it just's hangs or does the log show any errors? Whats the EE/GS%? Did you try re-creating the ISO from the Disk.
OR Skip the Video by using the Skip MPEG Hack Gamesfixes.
Try cleaning the disc or it is damged.

It is SLES_54358 pal. I am playing from my disk. It works perfectly in the ps2

DUMP THE DISK
this game is sensitive to dvd_drive reads, the spinup latency will hang it.
Make a ISO of it using ImgBurn and then load it using pcsx2 --> CDVD --> ISO and select browse and select the FFXII ISO. Then use Boot Fast.
