These are pretty aggressive settings already.
Try to disable the MTVU speedhack and compare speeds. Sometimes it's faster with it off.
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Thank You.

Graphic Card:Nvidia GEForce GT230 1.5GB 192 bit

Ohh and 1 more thing, how to get bios from my PS2?

well it's look like your CPU is holding your back due to old archetectures.
i wonder why are you using DX9 instead of DX10/11

HIS GPu to. Even on native resolution, his card is weaker than say a GeForce 6600 almost.

CPU & GPU aren't that great.

Throw on to the fact that on the actual PS2, Tales of Abyss has slowdowns...so yeah.

I'm excited about that Overclocked PCSX2 I heard about though, could fix the slow downs in some PS2 games, of course you'll need a beefier rig to do that.

Ohh and i got an black screen after tutorial battle.
How to fix that?
He's saying your CPU is too old to be fast enough, but I don't think it's that awful slow.
Also, that GT 230 is a pretty decent card. It should handle native res most any time, especially with this game..

Change the renderer from your second picture to Direct3D10 (Hardware).

SVN builds are potentially unstable. Return to a previous revision since your issue(s) may be from recent changes.
Consider going back as far as the last stable build, which is 0.9.8 (r4600).
