I have black borders in full screen mode,left and right,it never goes full/full no matter what

also I have 2-3 fps increase compared to the 0.9.8 but thats not a problem thats a good thing PP

is there a command that I'm missing or to turn it back to full screen as it was?

Or I should just switch to the previous version that was full screen with no black borders left and right?
