For some reason my EE% is really high while my GS % is really low, if they are balanced, won't my game lag less?

My specs are:

Physical RAM = 4095 MB
CPU name = AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+
Vendor/Model = AuthenticAMD (stepping 03)
CPU speed = 3.013 ghz (2 logical threads)
ATI RADEON HD 4800 SERIES
x86PType = Standard OEM
x86Flags = 178bfbff 00002001
x86EFlags = ebd3fbff

... that doing the best it can.

If that is not fast enough,
you now have the problem pin-pointed. Smile
Well my problem is that when i use speed hacks on Tales of abyss it crashes at a point, but without them it goes like 35-40 fps
When Speedhacks make ya crash,
but the game is too slow without;

It's time for new hardware.
Aw.. are you sure there isn't another way?
Yep
Unfoerunately, no.
You could still transfer your saves on your real ps2 memcards and keep playing on your real ps2 until you get better pc.
It's amazing. 2012 and people still come with 2005 / 2006 systems and ask why PCSX2 isn't full speed. It was believable in 2007, 2008, and some of 2009, but it's 2012 people...cmon!
Wasn't the pcsx2 made before 2012, meaning it should of been compatible with older versions...
PCSX2 works on your machine, doesn't it? That means it's compatible.
If you want full speed in your games though, you need a fast machine.
That's just how it is with PS2 emulation, unfortunately.
