for example: best configuarations & bios & plugins & version of pcsx2 and etc.

there is no best configuration because your CPU is "too far" to meet the minimum requirements particulally the decent archetecture e.g. ssse3,sse4 or AVX.

get a modern PC now.

Your GPU is ok,
but your processor needs to go.

It's way too old, is still slow at any clockrate, and only a single core on top of that.

there is not any fast configuaration for pcsx2 9.8 for mario

are you high or some kind of spam machine ai test?

i will increased the processor surely

really even for mario ps2 sse2 is not enough

Why don't you just play on your PS2?

i palyed winning eleven 11 very good i liked it
