This program converts a Standard Midi File to SQ.
The program is from 2001/2002. It converts midi music to ps2 sq format.
It's a ps2 program by SCE.
and also copyright and licensed by sony as part of the ps2 dev kit i would assume, thus asking about it here voids rule 1.

I Didn't know what smf2sq has to do with rule 1. Sure it's copyrighted and licensed by sony. It's from the offical ps2 sdk.
It's impossible to find smf2sq there.
Access to the PS2 SDK officially comes at a licensing cost.
applications within that sdk are thus covered by the no warez rule.
