Finally updated the OP, been so busy, I didn't even think of it to be honest.
Let me know if anyone thinks I missed anything, or should be improved etc etc
Port request (widescreen hack) for: Mega Man X8 (PAL)
Can I request for Mega Man X8 Widescreen Hack for PAL.
The reason I request that is that Mega Man X8 (NTSC-U) isn't playable:
Booster Forest Stage: when I reach the 2nd room where robots should appear, which they don't for some reason, and have to kill them in order to open the door. but then I get stuck in that room and can't leave the room since I can't find any to kill.
I converted the saved game from NTSC to PAL and loaded it with PAL version and I was able to find the robots and kills them and proceeded to the next area.
I know I can pass the area and then save the game, reconvert the save file from PAL to NTSC and continue playing. but I don't know if there would be a similar issue again with other stages using the NTSC version.
I use PCSX2 1.0.0 (the stable version)
I also tried the latest SVN built yesterday and the same issue.
I tried both Hardware/software rendering.
I can't remember if I disabled the Widescreen hack, but then I actually don't want to disable it either.
UPDATE: I just tested out the game today with widescreen hack off for the NTSC-U and the robots showed up; I can continue the game now. It seems the same bug may accord too if I use the widescreen hack with PAL version.

Would love to see this. Lack of toggleable subtitles is a big bummer

You can already disable the subtitles except it disables all text and even the command menu.

Uhh, you didn't even have to "find" it, it's always been in my archive all this time, for months now.
If you read the "Label your pnachs!" picture, then you'd know those values are just the original values. You don't need them at all, unless you're a developer.
I hope you actually legitimately own copies of the game yourself, because you refer to it an as .iso.
It's also been established that you can just use ps2rdmod for usage on a real PS2.
There is a way to fix the HUD related ellements on KH2/KH2FM but so far the only ones I've been able to hack correctly was the text. When I try to fix the textures placements it breaks something else, and when I fix that something else it breaks once again something else. I bet this event of breaking one thing after the other would stop after a point that I'd found all values but I bet it would have been easier to do it with a simple mod like nemesis2000 that would affect all those values at once.
Also I've been struggling for months to get a Digimon World 4 widescreen hack using pnach type hacks and ELF hacks, with no luck (I'm bad at ELF hacking either way), I know that requests are closed but if anyone has luck or would like to help me out I'd be very pleased.
you can disable the subtitles are in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix with hack?
